If you searched up right now what the most popular Bible verses were then you'd see John 3:16, Romans 3:23, Psalms 23, Jeremiah 29:11, Philippians 4:13, Romans 8:28, Proverbs 3:5, and the list goes on and on, so if you'd like to check the rest of those verses, click here or look it up yourself. So, what are one of your favorite verses?
Lightbulb (prompt): We all have a verse that's brought us comfort amidst struggles and pain, those verses that give us encouragement and hope, that strengthen our faith. God's word is powerful, it's not white noise, it's not muffled or drowned out--it's alive and active (Hebrews 4:12)! Certain Bible verses stand out to us, ones we feel relate to or help us endure what we're going through...so for this prompt, share them with us! Pick out one, or two, or a hundred, if you feel so inclined! We want to read what's helped you, what's taught you, what's encouraged you!
Specifics: Just pick out some verses (if that hasn't been obvious already...) share them in the "Light-er" Hub under "discussion". Write about what the verses mean to you, etc. And, in either the footnotes or title of your piece include the name of this prompt so others can find what you've written easier. Now go dig deep in God's word (or Google if you wanna be lazy) and get to it!
