This is the prompt from our January 2022 edition of WRITER HIGHLIGHTS
"Imagine"
We all like to imagine what lies in our future, whether we’ll be one way or another, what sort of choices will lead us a certain way, and what God will do to bring us to a certain place.
Light-bulb: Write a story about your future self. Are you married with a family? Are you famous? What sort of a job are you working? Where do you live? Imagine your house, family, and occupation. Don’t forget to include details about your futuristic society and what is going on in the world. Maybe you could even go further. You could make it an adventure story about fleeing from aliens or a dystopian government. Or you could write a romance about meeting your future husband or wife.
